  • The exact coordinates for Sat Nav are N50:45:56 W3:26:33.

  • The new VICTORY Hall is not the old VILLAGE hall - but people now refer to it as such.
  • Older Sat Nav devices may not recognise some of the new junctions on the B3174.
  • If travelling from Exeter either aim for J29 of the M5 or (maybe easier) use the B3181 through Pinhoe.
